I’ve been coming here regularly and Luna has always done a great job. She’s professional, attentive, and makes the experience comfortable every time. She even offered me water like she usually does, which I appreciate. I’m a regular client and my experiences with her have been consistently positive. I wanted to leave an honest review because she deserves credit for her work.
Not sure how the service is here but I can imagine. Tried to get a massage somewhere different than the typical AMP(Asian Massage Parlors) called and asked questions whoever answered the phone was beyond rude and dismissive. Had to go back to another Asian Spa. She sounded young and had very good English. I see the owner doesn't like bad reviews well talk to your staff.
Let me say in response to what Angelo Azteca wrote Luna attitude has changed. I been to Vida a few times seen Karina,Claudia and Luna(Twice) once last year and once this year and last year she was cool spoke and seemed happy. Now this year I seen her a few months back and she seemed uneasy. I felt she really didn't want to be bothered so I haven't been back. I really like this Spa but I see lately they been taking In new talent mainly the same rude workers who ran Princess Latina down to the ground. I hope the owner knows that Spa used to be good but that didn't last long with rude attitudes and rushed service. Hope that doesn't happen here. Luna last time I seen her looked odd and sad. She looked like she didn't want to be there. She didn't say 1 word the entire Massage time. There's so many other options If this Spa goes down hill. Dolce number one in this place professional masseuse strong hands I will definitely come back to her complete relaxation, She works only on Tuesday Wednesday and Saturday from morning... to 4 pm...
