Will rob you blind Been here for 5 years. They have begun to tack on tons of fees like a $30 fee for the common area even though it is literally closed for the past 4 months. Now they are charging an additional $10 for electricity to the common area. But the best part is that for a contract renewal they are increasing the rent by $400 for a 12 month contract or $800 month-to-month. For a resident who has been here for 5 years. 2019 this was the best place ever , we had games and prizes planned by April ******* in the leasing office but then New manegment came in and took over. And everything went down. Hill , They suddenly loosing paperwork , resetting online tenant portal , Changing. The ledger , adding bogus charges, coming purgery changing documents and dates , the 1st chaps w4 form they filled out the had a California address butvthe chaps funding social worker noticed and verified , that's when the changed it to vida **** w hacienda ave. RecommendedThe apartments are nice, and the laundry area is pretty spacious. The pool has a lot of fun activities and cute cabanas. And the management is really friendly. My leasing agent Jesus, was very helpful and very attentive! Great place. And it’s 10 min from the strip but the area is pretty safe, not much noise. Plus it’s across the street from a Roberto’s Taco Shop and a Dominoes!
The whole experience. From staff to neighbors, everyone is so welcoming. The manager Alisa is amazing so kinda and helpful full of spirit and smiles. My children absolutely adore her.
