RecommendedThe apartments are nice, and the laundry area is pretty spacious. The pool has a lot of fun activities and cute cabanas. And the management is really friendly. My leasing agent Jesus, was very helpful and very attentive! Great place. And it’s 10 min from the strip but the area is pretty safe, not much noise. Plus it’s across the street from a Roberto’s Taco Shop and a Dominoes!
The whole experience. From staff to neighbors, everyone is so welcoming. The manager Alisa is amazing so kinda and helpful full of spirit and smiles. My children absolutely adore her.
Horrible place to live due to management. Awful policies. Poor customer service. Honestly not sure how they’re still running. Stay away from this place. Far away.
this place use to be safe and a place you can call home! now we have homeless people as a neighbor, going around late at night stealing our stuff, it never ends! and the people in the office or the management doesn't seem to care, i work at night and i dont feel safe for my wife and 2 boys, when im at work! we had to put a camera in front of the patio and homeless people are not scared any more, no security checkpoints, not safe, so i wouldn't recomend this place to any body! this apt VIDA is not a safe place to live! you ta... read more
This place is horrible to live with unless you are able to stand with the office who seems not to care for any problems, or the homeless people that live here in the storm drain and come out at night and sleep on the side walk or on the bench’s in front of the office if only they would care I would not mind to pay the constantly riseing rent. been here for 4 years and this has been the worst year so far! I had to make this facebook to complain so others could see this is a poor choice to live
Small spaces and high rent. No parking. Your deposit is forfeit for their painting cost. I'm a good renter and neighbor I paid on time and left the apartment in good condition. the owners and operators are incompetent business owners and managers.
