Today was my first appointment. My wife sometimes has to tell me not to be too hard on service providers. I'm getting better about it. However, I do feel that when we are paying our money or using our insurance that we should get real value, real professionalism and a pleasant experience. These folks are great! I also felt good when I saw the diploma from Tuft's. I've got another appointment next week and a referral to an oral surgeon who is a real value.
