The lady in the front desk was nice and professional.....at first. I am a new patient and scheduled an emergency visit. I kept calling around for a closer date apt. I found one, and it was also cheaper. I called back to cancel and the lady who answered was very rude and even hung up on me. She stated that the next time I call and schedule an appointment with them I would have to pay a $50 fine for canceling this time. Its their policy! Dr Storch has been my dentist for more than 10 years. She is a very friendly, competent dentist, that makes you feel at ease. She explains everything thoroughly that needs to be done. Dr Storch’s hygienist is so gentle, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Storch and her staff.
Really great first experience as new patient. The office is very comfortable and clean and the staff are fantastic. Office manager was amazing and went above and beyond by calling and clarifying my concerns regarding coverage before even making the decision to schedule my appt.
