I dont normally write reviews, but my partner and I have had an awesome experience so far. We were matched with a counselor back in November 2022. This counselor far exceeded our expectations. I know not everyone gets this lucky with their first counselor. I certainly know we didn't come into this thinking we'd find someone we both felt comfortable with, but we did.
Been seeking for some counseling for a while now (doctor's orders) and before coming across vida I had already been pretty much left hanging or as one would say "left on read" from a previous attempt elsewhere. I explained my situation, talked insurance and so on. We seemed to have missed each and that's normal I get it.
