While I do not know the owner, the manager, Les, has been completely terrible, does not keep his word, does not follow up as he committed to do. I have never had the chance to actually live there, but based on his unethical and dishonest behavior, I never will. Does not even deserve one star.
The owner, Justin McEntee, was my first sponsor and is one of my oldest friends in the program. Every Tuesday we would meet at the house for 6 months until I had worked through all 12 steps. I consider him to be one of the most decent and upstanding people in the rooms of AA. The house has always been a safe Haven for men of all ages recovering from this disease. Victory Sober Living is a real standout amongst local sober living homes. I have had the pleasure of meeting many of the residents that have graduated this program and remained sober after leaving. I haven't heard a single complaint about the way this home is run. Justin, the owner and operator, has an approach that these men can connect with and respond to. This sober living by far is one of the top homes in the community. They take pride in caring for individuals along with showing them how to get their lives back on track. I would highly recommend this home to someone who is in need of the right balance of recovery and overall re-adapting back into society.
