This is an absolute scam business. The manage a townhome community in York,Pa. I moved out in September and have yet to receive my returned security deposit. It was first mailed to me, however, when I went to deposit the check it was unsigned. I have spoken with the townhome office "manager" who claims the people running Victory realty only show up to work two days a week but she would overnight the check to be signed. I had to repeatedly ask before demanding the number in which I could contact this property manager myself. ... read more
