I rented at Victory Place for 2 years. Living there was just fine, and maintenance was great, but there are definitely management issues. When reserving the apartment, the property manager told me that she lived across the street and at it had to be Rossford Schools (important for my son). It is NOT, and turned out to be Lake Local. I was very fortunate Rossford had open enrollment, and my son was accepted for 2 years, but this past summer they ran out of space and had to deny him.
