I have lived here going on 4 years and I love my apartment and the grounds. It's like a community of lovely people that have become wonderful friends. I have a dog and we walk the grounds several times daily. I feel safe here and the location is so convenient with grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants so very close.
I have lived here for four years and I love it because it's quiet and management and neighbors are friendly and since I have been sick everyone always offering help. Thank you!
I am posting a 1-star rating based on service. I can relate to other Google posts where people have complained that staff does not answer the phone. I have tried to call on a few occasions to learn about pricing, floor plans, etc. Unfortunately, I can never get anyone to answer the phone. It makes you wonder about the efficiency of a company or residence, if they cannot handle simple tasks such as having sufficient staffing to simply answer the telephone.
