I am posting a 1-star rating based on service. I can relate to other Google posts where people have complained that staff does not answer the phone. I have tried to call on a few occasions to learn about pricing, floor plans, etc. Unfortunately, I can never get anyone to answer the phone. It makes you wonder about the efficiency of a company or residence, if they cannot handle simple tasks such as having sufficient staffing to simply answer the telephone.
I gave one star cause I have called as much of 5 times a day THEY NEVER ANSWER THERE PHONE AND I HAVE WENT TO THE APARTMENTS AND LEFT A NOTES INTO THERE DROP BOX I STARTED CALLING IN JANUARY AND CONTINUED TILL I GAVE UP IN APRIL 2025 Not one time did they call me back from all the messages I left .. it would been perfect I needed a one floor apt cause I’m living in a 2 story apartment I broke both ankles and can’t go up my stairs cause of the surgeries
Obviously has issues!! Nobody ever answers phone and mailbox is full, cant leave a message!!
It's a nice place to live for 55 plus... close to almost everything except hospitals and they not to far away for Dr. Appointments
Wonderful place to live! Excellent management & maintenance. Beautiful grounds and interior. Very friendly neighbors. Convenient to most anywhere. Lots of wildlife that my cat enjoys watching out the patio door.
