I really like this new management. I think her name Sara. So far she's really doing a lot of things quite nice I'd argue. First of all she's making sure whoever is putting trash outside the dumpster is getting the message not to do that. Also she the type of person so far thats not afraid of creating a dialogue with her residents. And to me personally that very important.
Very nice and quiet.
