18 years as a customer and no loyalty from them. Give out a 7th free oil change after 6 paid. After 18 years a 4 vehicles seems like they do more than just start this now. Plus last oil change got charged for a quart of oil that was not put in due to buying Lucas additive. Called the so called corporate and no reply. Called store and made excuses. See what they tell the attorney general and the BBB.

Worst experience I ever had with getting an oil change! Left there and engine light turned on. Oil exploded all over my engine. "But it's not their fault" psh. Will never go there again! �
