BE AWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!! We broke down out of state and had no choice but to leave truck at this dealership. We had turbos, 2 oil leaks and a windshield done here. Cost was a whopping $9600!!!! Paid with cash, credit cards and a check. Chris had great customer service but it declined after issues arose as his hands were probably tied. 02-13-2025 The backup camera system on our 2011 Ford Edge recently required service. We had the battery replaced in the vehicle a few weeks prior, sometimes there can be a refresh/reflash of the backup camera system after a battery replacement? Called for an appointment, a service appointment was scheduled right away for 02-10-2025, vehicle was delivered, the Service tech diagnosed the issue, and corrected the problem within a very short period of time.
