These people lack compassion, all about themselves. Find somewhere else
The absolute WORST company you could work for or trust with family members. Staff is extremely rude and give you the go around when you try to call in with complaints. Very unprofessional. I was sworn at, hung up on and they texted/called well outside of appropriate hours. Helen was supposed to help my father but instead was very hostile and made our lives much more difficult. Do not place any member of your family in their care through m.R c or otherwise they lie they manipulate And are never there when you need them. They leave you hanging and don't fulfill their obligations Stay Away
Victory Human service is totally inhumanely treated in some cases. My wife opened the case for her mother about three months ago. the person handling the case either does not have enough experience or ignores the matter. because they never ask any documents until she called for case status, every document takes time for an appointment with the patient-doctor and caregiver doctor that's the way they keep killing time which is totally inhuman with one of 90 years old women. we are so unhappy and disappointed.
