My wife and I have been doing business with Victory Greens for many years and has spent virtually thousands of $$ with them over the years and has always been very happy with the service and help, the reason we kept going back. Horrible customer service, we have done business with them for years but will not be back. We bought garden soil from them that turned into concrete after filling our raised beds. Staff was insulting and flat out rude when we let them know and asked them to come out and check out their product if they didn’t believe it. Just warning anyone else not to buy their garden soil because it is crap 😟
Just bought a fire pit from them and they had us pay an additional $150.00 for the metal ring, yet there was already a ring set into the kit and it took two of them to explain it away. It was an unexpected cost and they seemed very suspicious about it. It seemed very suspect. I'm not going to go back or refer others.
Victory Greens has been amazing to work with and have made me confident in their experience and ability to take care of me whenever I've had concerns or issues. I've bought 10 trees from them now and will still highly recommend them. Id had some issues with 2 of my maple trees and they were able to identify the issues and recommend treatments that helped the sick trees improve and flourish.
