I have been in correspondence with Mr. Htun. He is excellent! He gave me a tour of the building. It is beautiful and very clean. I am on the wait list and will be meeting with him in a couple of weeks. He has been very helpful! Update: 7/25/25 My application has been approved and I am moving in soon. Mr. Htun provided superb customer service during every interaction. I met with MinMin recently to review the lease. She was so thorough! I am looking forward to being a resident soon!

I had to come here- to the office - to help a friend of mine who rented an apt she does not know English. Office staff were very nice and helpful. And very kind. My friends love them. Even though she cannot speak English. I wish all rental office staff were like here. We would have been better off . She said she is very happy and she is going to stay here as long as possible. She is greatful of management and staff. Mj
