The check in is easy the service writers are very friendly. We were there for our 1st service on our 2026 vehicle which was a tire rotation and fluid checks. What should have taken less than an hour took over 2.
Left auto 8 days and parts not ordered till 5th day. Then all not fixed
They were polite and professional and did a complete diagnostic on top of the issue I brought the vehicle in for. Great service
Treated fairly. All were nice. But.....when I told them at time of appt and when I dropped my truck off that I needed my oil changed, they didn't listen. 2nd time this has happened and I live 50 miles away.
