Horrible customer service. Went in on a Saturday to test drive a car. Got a quote and went home to discuss with my wife. Messaged the salesman back that day, no response. Messaged again on Monday morning and again, no response at all. Contacted a manager who insisted "that's not how we do things" and was apologetic.
