Took bike there 5 times for repair, never was correctly repaired. Took to HD dealership was repaired first time. When contacted the owner said : Well what do you want me to do about it"Never will go back even for and oil change

Ive been to this shop twice one to buy some pipes and once to look into buying a fairing for my 2010 Harley. the first time i went noone was able to answer my questions and never called me back like they said they would after they got the info i was looking for. the second time the guy at the counter looked at me like i was an idiot and basically said whatever u want we can do. i was uninformed looking for more information since this was going to be a \$2000-3000 purchase and i wanted to make sure i was happy with my purchas... read more
Love this place! Unlike the dealerships and other places in town.....these guys arent out to rip you off or do a half job on your bike! Very friendly, knowledgeable, family oriented and willing to go to any length to please you the customer! If they do not have an answer to your questions (which most of the time they do and are usually right) they go the extra mile to find out. I have been going to Victory for over 5 years now and the staff and service are exceptional. They make every attempt to get you back on the road as soon as possible and will spare no time making sure you get the parts you need or want. There is more of a friendly family feel to this establishment than any other Harley dealer I have ever been to and I believe it is that personal touch that brings back many repeat customers. had some work done on the bike back in november. the staff was friendly, the service was exceptional. I will take my business there everytime.
Never Again. Not happy with the service at all. Will not recommend to others.
