I love Victory Dental. My hygienist is gentle and super sweet. Dr. Ripplinger is fantastic. He is so knowledgeable and careful. They also have a great loyalty rewards program.
The only negative thing I can say is the doctor doesn't realize the pain that comes with pulling out a tooth, implanting a rod into the open wound, sewing it up and then wonder why you want pain meds -- when you insist, the pain is much greater than the prescription... I think they should reevaluate that decision. Apart from that. excellent care and beautiful work.
I think the office is great from start to finish. Always greeted like they are glad to see you, made comfortable and get great service. The staff relates to you like family. I like that. I just feel confident that whatever issue I have will br resolved.
