Chris and everyone at Victory Custom Trailers are fantastic to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable and anticipated our specific need when purchasing our trailer. Their continued commitment to service is second to none. When we got into our accident, they made sure they did everything to ensure my trailer was repaired like new. If you need a trailer, don’t go anywhere else.
I bought a $6,000 trailer from Victory trailers within a month I had warranty issues Chris fixed it I took it back a couple months later Chris fixed it again I took it back a couple months later Chris fixed it again and now he won't return my phone calls I have A3 year warranty he tells me I need to take it to Indiana to get it fixed I will not recommend Victory trailers Bravo trailers absolutely fucking suck their customer service now is terrible and Hannah lies

Very unhappy with my recent experience. First, they lost my trailer keys. I have called several times and they don't return my call. Second, I took my trailer in for a complete safety check. It was obvious they didn't check the flooring as the matting had never been moved. Third, the crank shaft, door hinges, etc were not greased. Forth, the trim around the wheel wells were not fastened, even though I purchased new tires and had the packing replaced.
