The outside is well kept. Although they accept pets but the lawn is treated with pesticides. To have a permanent parking space you have to complete a ADA booklet. The water is turned off every six months. The HVAC is very poor and outdated. My heat has not worked since November 1, 2023. They have cameras for security but are not managed by Management.
