I bought my truck from them in Sept 2022, and it went off without a hitch. The issues started from the first time I needed to get serviced. I had an issue where the cluster started freaking out and the wipers wouldn’t stop. I had a scheduled service 10 days after this happened but I dropped the truck off sooner because it ended up getting stuck in 8th gear. It sat there for 14 days before getting looked at with no call, or anything. Once they did call me, it took another 3 days to get it repaired. Mind you all under warranty... read more
Horrible service. Have been trying to get vehicle serviced since November 2023. Poor communication with changing stories! Useless...buyer beware ....a lot of horrible reviews about this place out to that speaks volumes.

<p>I've reviewed this case and unfortunately there is nothing we could've done to make this process go smoother. The delay is entirely from the manufacturer. Their arrival ETAs fluctuate in the system. Its probably better for us to not give out ETAs because they don't seem to be accurate for whatever reason. I spoke with our factory representative today and he has no ETA or any idea when one will become available for this unit. I have ran it up as high as I can with the factory. I know its not what you want to hear but it is... read more

Was told I couldn't buy vehicle unless thru their financing, even though I already had approved loan, used their loan, refied with my local bank loan and general manager exploded on me, demanded i come back in and sign new contract!!!! Wow!
DO NOT USE DEALER! Untrustworthy Service department. DO NOT buy a car and/or have your car serviced there. There are many other Dodge/Chrysler dealers in the area. I took my 2013 Durango into the dealer for a hand full of work to the power train and recalls. This was all covered under the PT Warranty. Before the service appointment, I brought the Durango in a week prior to have a tech ride with me and ensure that, yes, there seems to be a problem with the transfer case.
