Victory is a great spot to enjoy a relaxing cigar. The selection is prime and you will not find a more helpful group of folks. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable. The air handlers work great you will not walk into a haze of smoke no matter how many folks are there. One of the few spots that take care of their stock, their establishment, and their patrons with equal care.
Great place, good selection of cigars and alcohol. Macy is a great bartender.
All the years I've been going there have never had an unpleasant experience.. Now my SONs are men and turned them on..to Victory..
