Everyone at Victory is always polite, friendly, and helpful. They are easy to schedule with, quick to get work done, and thorough. The price is reasonable, not too expensive and not so cheap that you know the job wasn't done. Ham Lake Auto is my go-to place to go for our cars.

I am not a person who likes to have anything to do with car stuff except to put gas in it. I used to abhor going to the dealership for car repair. Now that I go to Victory - I really enjoy my experience there. The guys are very knowledgeable, experienced, they keep you informed and they are fun and friendly, prices are affordable and there is absolutely no pressure! They make you feel so comfortable like your their neighbor next door. I have highly recommended them to all of my friends :)

These people do not push me into anything. They listen to my concerns and take into account year of vehicle, what it's used for, and are up front & clear about their mechanical findings. I'm very satisfied with them. They are all so friendly & entertaining when waiting for your vehicle.
They take such great care of your car and are so professional, you’ll leave after a simple oil change, walk out with your arms in the air, and yell “Victory!” Thank you as always for the great service!

Super friendly staff (Jordan is wonderful!)! I’ve been here twice now with car issues and I have had super positive experiences both times. My car knowledge is lacking majorly and the staff here answered all of my questions to make me feel confident that my vehicles were being taken care of. I’ll be coming here on a regular basis now!
