Had my window replaced, a month later a part flew off my car. When I called to get it replaced, scheduling was complicated. Sorry Victory, but 4hour service windows are not how people function today. I can’t leave my car for the day, and waiting around for 4 hours for the service person is also frustrating. Maybe try to narrow it down to a 2 hour time window???
