They have good customer service which is why it’s 2 stars but it doesn’t make up for the half ass job they did on my car. I was charged more than I was quoted. There were parts they said they replaced then when I took my car apart because it was driving weird, the parts were not changed. Picked my car up and the check engine light was on. Ramon has worked at Victory for 26 years which says something in itself! I damaged the side panel of my 4Runner and had to self pay. Ramon found an inexpensive replacement panel at the junk yard and then repaired everything on a Saturday AM so I would not have to miss work. I had a bid from another location and Ramon charged me 30% of what the other place was going to charge me. This is a very honest place run by kind, good people. I found this place by chance and I am going to recommend Victory to everyone I know.
Ramon and Carlos are amazing and personable. Really busy shop. They were able to squeeze me in. They diagnosed my car and gave me some options. This is my second vehicle that I've taken to them. I even forgot about that and Ramon was the one that reminded me. Great memory! And Viviana was super sweet and dropped me off at work. I almost didn't want to get out of her car cause we were having such a great conversation. Highly recommend and I will be back, most definitely!

They did an amazing job! My car is running better than before, I am very impressed with the service, i will definitely be back. Thank you Carlos and everyone for doing such a good job!
