Absolute WORST dealership in the available area. I bought my Ram from there in May and have had nothing but problems (windows not working, heat not working, brakes locked up, cruise control not working, etc etc etc), and now the ignition doesn't work. My fiancée bought her jeep from there and the same thing. Nothing but problems. They want to fix stuff all the time and charge you an arm and a leg for it (nothing is ever covered under the warranty dont worry). Their excuse is ALWAYS "well, it's a used vehicle". Despite everything thats going on, these guys made it incredibly painless when I purchased my truck. They even went their own way to ensure I got financed through my bank. They were absolutely awesome and I appreciate everything they did through the pandemic!

Never will recommend this place, I’ll recommend a back road lot in the middle of no where before I recommend this place! Bought a Jeep and have had nothing but problems with it, took it in for a tapping noise the only thing they had to offer was a oil change and it only has 98K on it! I just bought this back in March

I won't go anywhere else for a car, every time was a great experience,both my daughters got cars handed down to them(also bought at victory) after we had bought newer ones ,very dependable and the service team is also great, I can tell you I will definitely be getting my next car here for my 3rd daughter :)
Bought a vehicle about 1 year ago and so far have had to have fixes totalling approximately $1,600 and there are still things wrong with it that need fixed! "Victory New" is apparently junk. Be careful with what you buy from them! Terrible car dealers!
