I had the pleasure of speaking with Zainab in the office today during my tour. Apart from her kindness, the rest of the office staff were extremely nice and answered my questions thoroughly!
My apartment would consistently lose heat during the winter months. A fault of the old furnace for the complex. Don’t worry you still get charged in full Advertising a pool is crazy work. It’s never been opened since I’ve been here. You could always take a dip in the massive potholes in the parking lot however
One of the worst slums on the banks of the red cedar
Flooded apartment that i had to move out of , bros still tried to send me to collections for a $25 “garbage collection fee” . Don’t want to place blame on management if corporate is forcing them, but someone who owns or runs this place is void of a soul. Do better
Please stay away from this complex. The office is ran by incompetent employees who make mistakes on your rent, deposit, and even general clerical mistakes. If you try to get ahold of the office be ready to have to call 10+ times for them to actually pick up the phone. Any time there is an issue their response is we will ask our manger and TEXT you.
