Nice guys. I've been there twice. I was a bit unsure about my first cut so I thought I'd give them a second chance. My second cut was partly what I wanted except that they cut my hair on my sides when I didn't ask for that, and cut my hair clear around my ears when I didn't ask for it either. There wasn't much point stopping them when they've started cutting on one side, so I let it go, paid, and left. The good news was that the rest of the cut was what I wanted - it was just the things I didn't want that annoyed me.
