Already had sat in the drive thru over 10 mins (big order ahead of me), got up to the window only to be told to go park and wait some more. All I ordered was 1 burrito. Sat there another 5 mins and watched the car behind me get their food. Had to go inside and ask. The only fast part of the service was them taking my money.
Update 10/29/2025: Victorico's refused to do what is right, and therefore I will be leaving this review at 1 star. I emailed them several times but they've refused to respond. Seems cowardly to me. Again, I payed for extras on my orders and they refused to add what I paid for. I provided them with my receipts and images of what they served. As far as I'm concerned, they're theives. If you want better Mexican food, at better prices, and handled by honest employees, I'd highly suggest going to Abiertos. They are substantially ... read more
Although this is a “fast food” restaurant, it’s delicious and authentic! One of my fav places to eat!
