The owner of this store is the most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with. We ordered an arrangement for a friend who lost their daughter. When we first picked up it was nothing like what what we asked herto do . So she fixed it and delivered it to me a a hour later still nothing like we ordered. It smelled of fumes and you could see the tape all around the sides. I called to discuss and she said to return flowers for a refund bc apparently we won’t be happy with anything we received.
