WOW! I cannot describe how horrible this place is, absolutely rude, no CS AT ALL, I asked a question and was standing there ignored, not even a welcome , hello, etc. NEVER GOING BACK. I never ever write reviews but I HAD TO FOR THIS ONE! So disappointed, I was so excited to get my nails done, but this place just plainly sucks! lol
My girlfriend went today (monday) after work around 5:45pm , her usual lady wasnt there , so another girl "tried" to take care of her , eventhough the lady complained about my girlfriend's color choice , my girlfriend is so upset & said it was the most horrible experience , nails are crooked , pointy & horrible , so its 8:25pm & we are eating dinner & one of the nails is already falling off ... Long story short she is never going back & neither are all her friends ... Save your hard earned money for a good salon friends , go... read more
Great! They are so nice smiles on there face and they always try help everyone walking in.
I just got the worse gel mani ever! There is gel polish all over my cuticles and it's all sunk down into the sides! Won't last the week before it starts to peel away. Do not get gel or shellac from this salon
This was so horrible people were rude and did a terrible job the nail polish peeled off and they refuse to give me a refund and try to make me come in the store buy force.
