I had my wedding 04/07/17. I have no complaints about this place. Being from San Diego I was worried what I was walking into because I wasn't able to see anything until the day before (personal issues). Robert walked me thru everything and it was just like the pictures. My husband and I are definitely satisfied with the entire thing. My family and friends enjoyed themselves. Food was delicious, DJ was great, and alcohol was a plenty. Thank you, The Braxton family
OMGGGGGGGG!!!!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Robert & supporting staff!!!!!! Our wedding was on April 1, 2017 & it was the best decision we could have made. I must admit I was a little skeptical but Robert reassured me everything would be beautiful on our day. Robert went above & beyond to make sure our day was special. This place is a rip off. I've been trying to get my money back from these people since December. I paid in advance and then had to cancel due to my husband's deployment. We canceled 6 months before the deadline and they won't give us our money back. They STOLE $3,000 of our money. We have to sue them to get it back.
My husband and I just got married this last weekend. Everything ran so smoothly! ROBERT was a really big help! Made us feel really comfortable and assured us that we had nothing to worry about. We were married last Saturday and I will tell you being out of state I was a nervous wreck. But to my surprise everything was amazing. We could not have had a better experience. There is not one bad thing I can say about our beautiful day. Thank you to everyone at Victoria's. Food, minister, dj, bartender, decorations were all fabulous. I got married here 2 years ago and I paid for the entire package and I didn't receive any of my pictures!!! Called and called them and they always said they'd call me back but never did. The manager was very rude and I never heard one apology from any of the staff, I demand my $ back for the picture portion!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Bad business!!
Had an amazing service in there chapel and food was great with Robert making me the best cake and DJ Tiny was good so I do recommend
