Apparently my review was taken down. They stole $1k from me ..my deposit...and said it's their policy although I cancelled 4.5 months in advance and they booked another couple for the same date I booked not too long after. I still have all emails and communications from April who disappeared and I was neve told she was on a family leave.
I had my wedding here on Oct. 2018. They were very nice and communication was great until after the wedding. I did not get all my photos when i email, call and leave voice mails they do not resond, changed thier number and emails now say inactive address. I'm heartbroken and upset by this. we paid for all 4 hours of photos nf copy rights and what they sent was 150 photos most of them are crap and stuff on the tables before anyone even got there and nothing past our first dance which was in the begining. out of all the things... read more
RecommendedWe got married here 20 years ago today, we also came back 10 years ago to renew our vows, both times we were well looked after sorry we didn’t make it back for our 20th but happy memories xx

Terrible terrible experience with this place. These people are conniving thieves. Tried to steal $4,000 from us and took forever to get even a portion of our money back. Please, you’re better off with any number of other venues in Vegas. A lot of the casinos/hotels have cheaper prices to boot.
