I had the best experience at Victoria's! I worked with Nikki who totally understood my vision. The second dress she picked out for me (12 min into the appointment!) I had found my dress. I never felt rushed or pushed and most importantly I felt so beautiful. Nikki helped talk me through heel heights and what to expect with ordering my dress. I would recommend any friend to make an appointment at Victoria's especially if you want a comfortable and personal experience.

I had my first and only bridal appointment with Gina at Victoria's Bridal Shoppe this past Saturday and I am overwhelmed with how successful it was. Gina was so helpful and so patient with me. I went to Victoria's to find my dress on Saturday; I can not say enough AMAZING things about it!! Gina immediately calmed my nerves, really listened to what opinions I had, and was extremely accommodating to the 12 ladies who joined me. Gina knew what I would like better than I did, and helped me find the most spectacular dream dress in less than an hour. It was all so lovely and memorable and I couldn't be more impressed! �

So happy I went here to buy my wedding dress! Gina was so amazing to work! She was receptive to my ideas about what I wanted yet she brought a variety for me to try on. She read me well and could tell when I didn't like a dress. In the end I found the dress of my dreams and it brought me to tears! So happy I said YES to the dress at Victoria's!

Jenna-we called your mom on 3/8 that her gown came in. You called on 6/6 (3 months later) stating gown did not fit. I then told you, to have your mom call us immediately we need to see her in the dress at our store so we can help her. You stated she was too busy for this. Not sure how we can help you then??? We do not choose the size, our customers do.
