My husband went for a haircut. He waited 1 1/2 hour, but he get tired of waiting plus all the excuses and end up living. Horrible customer service and experience.
Me and my sister went here for a pedicure the lady had no idea what she was doing 90 dollars later our toes looked horrible well I got a gift card for my birthday I try to make an appointment and this place is closed for good like who sells gift cards knowing they are closing their doors then the answering service won’t even put me in contact with the owner so I can redeem the balance on the card
So...i show up to the salon for my appt and its completely gutted. I call Sandra to see if they relocated and she says yes and asks if I need an appt. I said I have one at 10 but no one told me they relocated. She asked who the appt was with I say Sandra. She says that's me and I only have one appt today and its not you. I told her I have an appt card in front of me that says different. She wanted to argue with me and I told her I don't want her services anyways and hung up. I do not suggest this place to anyone!
RecommendedHad so much fun getting a bikini wax. Loved the vibe. They have #Aveda and #Redken so I felt at home with all the products they use. I am most definitely coming back.
Such a wonderful experience. I received a full body massage from Tami. She was not only very professional, but seemed to care about what was ailing my body, at the time my hip flexor was sore and she massaged it right out, no pain or soreness since then. It was a nice experience and I walked out of the salon feeling refreshed and super relaxed. Hoping my boyfriend will book me another massage for Valentine’s Day!
I have been coming to this salon for many years to have my hair done. I always get exactly what I ask for and leave happy.
Worst gel manicure I've ever had. It was so sloppy and embarrassing I had to go somewhere else to have it fixed and done right. My 5 year old would have done a better job. Waste of time. Waste of money. And they won't refund me. Just offered a gift certificate. I will never go back. Already made sure none of my friends will go here either.
