The apartment itself is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the amenities are always in good condition. Horrible and depressing place to wind up in. The handyman Mike decided to tell me that his arm hurt to much to fix the electricity that burned out of my room, 125. So I Jerry rigged until the entire room burned out. The owner was extremely surprised that I was leaving. She called me a low life. How extremely rude and nasty. You can't light candles, can't fix your vehicle in the lot, can't associate with other tenants. I highly recommend you avoid this place like your life depends on it. I stayed here for a few months that turned into 14 months. This is a good temporary place to stay, Ms.Linda will work with your situation to accommodate your stay. Mr.Micheal is great when it comes to fixing maintenance problems, they are very prompt when you call, same day service. Everything include plus free wi-fi. As soon as I pulled in this place the owner approached me with a very rude attitude asking me what I was doing here after we had already spoken on the phone about seeing a room at this time.
Great ownership. They are very quick to respond to any potential issues and are very accommodating. I've stayed here as a snowbird the 2 previous summers and would definitely consider doing so again in the future.
