A review posted 2 weeks ago by a JW alleging "Complete dump" is a fake, this individual in not on record as having ever rented at the Victorian Manor. For reasons unknown this individual is aiming to cause harm to the reputation of this establishment. This review will be forwarded to our Attorneys for consideration of a possible Lawsuit.
Complete dump black mold and roaches, not to mention stayed for a month and there's some drunk old man was smoking crack outside, not recommended run for your life!
I had intended to stay just one month. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I chose not to sign a lease anywhere and needed a place that was month to month. This place was ideal. Quiet. Clean. Safe. Reasonably priced. Close to everything. And more than fair. A lot of landlords will take your deposit no matter what. Not here. I wasn't able to leave it as clean as I'd like and so expected some money to be kept. She kept less than a lot of landlords would have and returned the balance promptly. This is truly a wonderful place, I lived here for a year and they take good care of they're tenants as well as the property itself which is beautiful. Everything is clean and nice, coin operated laundry room never gets too busy even on the weekend had zero issues using the machines. I will definitely come here again should I ever need a place to stay quick and easy to rent an apartment fast.
Good location, clean and great price for the value. Linda and Mike are super helpful.
