We are doing everything we can to move my mum from this place. There are a couple of super hard working people there but not enough to cover for those lazy ones who don't care at all for the residents and their wellbeing. My mum has been scalded with hot water, has had UTI non stop for the past few months, is showered once a month if she is lucky and is fed greasy, processed nutritionally empty food.

Dad had a stroke in April 2020 and needed a great deal of care when he left the hospital. It was hard finding an assisted living facility that would take new patients at that point in the COVID pandemic. We are grateful to Victorian Manor for accepting mom and dad and nursing them back to health. We dropped them off at the front door, facility sight unseen, and that was it. Words can't describe how wonderful we feel as a family that Mom 's been with Victorian Manor some three years now. We are truly blessed by the super attentive staff, both administrative and caregivers alike! It is so apparent that they are there not because it's a job, but because they really care about the quality of life for our seniors. Truly heaven sent...thank you and blessings...one and all!!!!
