No-one enjoys 'procedures' but, if these are required, this is the medical centre to quell any qualms. From reception to discharge, every step is explained by professional, supportive and accessible personnel working within a small, comfortable and personalised environment containing state of the art equipment. Receptionist was lovely helping and very friendly and nice, get called in to nurse for booking in for procedure, and this is the 2 nd time I again get told your procedure won't be happening, And this was told to me because of being overweight your breathing would be a problem and we can not deal with that, I have no tonsils adenoids and cartlidge shaved because of sleep apnea and I don't have a problem breathing, had same procedure a year ago, so then moved in to another room to speak with anesthesia person, and surgeon, thi... read more
Cannot rate this centre highly enough. I've now been twice over a number of years, and both times every interaction has been exceptional. Caring staff who make such a difference to what can be a very stressful time. Thank you for providing such a brilliant service.
The staff at the VDPC were outstanding during my recent visit. Everyone from Admin to Medical staff were amazing and made the process smooth and stress free. Thank you!
I had a procedure here today, and it was seamless from the front desk to being picked up. Everyone was wonderful - Dee, James and Violetta - a huge plus if you're nervous. Dr. Adele Burgess and Dr. James Gledden are incredibly professional, approachable and very warm and comforting. A great experience all around.
