Because of her incompetence my treatment was delayed and I have lost vision. She missed a very serious nerve swelling in the first appt., and then in the second appt she looked back at the Images from first and saw her mistake. She diagnosed me with a brain tumor, and sent me to an ER, instead of doing a slit lamp or advising a visit to retinal specialists. She missed retinal necrosis in my eye and I will forever be crippled because of her lack of knowledge. Mind you she never forgets to call herself DOCTOR or to charge you ... read more
Incompetent. Lacks equipment, isn't an ophthalmologist, acts "cold shoulder", rather than caring. Disappointing experience.
She is always so sweet and gentle and explains everything. She has been my family's optometrist for years and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences.
I do not recommend this eye doctor or clinic. First experience, she failed to get my glasses and contact prescription correct. Then today, I went to a new appointment scheduled and drove in from out of town. I was told when I arrived to my appointment, that she could do the exam for glasses but was not comfortable doing the gas perm contact lense fitting. It shows complete incompetence. Nobody called me to inform me of this and said I could do the exam but then was told the doctor changed her mind and I should find somewhere... read more
This “doctor” deserves no such name. I went to see her a few weeks back due to some mild eye pain and sensitivity with eye movement. She took all imaging, looked at my eye and assured it was “just anterior uveitis” and prescribed a steroid drop, sending me home for 2 weeks to follow up. Well, it got so much worse. In 2 days I came back to see her, because my vision started to decline. She looked at the images she took THE FIRST VISIT and she missed a MAJOR FLAG- optic disc swelling.
