WOULD GIVE 0 IF POSSIBLE! NEVER ANSWER CALLS. NEW TO VICTORIA AND TRIED CALLING FOR MONTHS TO GET AN APPOINTMENT FINALLY GOT AN APPOINTMENT AND WAS SCHEDULED AT THE WRONG CLINIC! SAT IN THE OFFICE OVER 30MINS WHILE THE FRONT DESK LADIES HAD PERSONAL CONVERSATIONS AND DIDNT DO THEIR JOBS TO REALIZE SOMEONE WAS SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR OVER 30MINS! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT RECOMMEND! WOULD RATHER DRIVE 1.5HRS TO MY OLD GYN.
I’ve been seeing Dr Wilson for 17 years; she is compassionate, professional, and reliable. The wait is often long; however, my experience with the staff has always been positive.
My daughter was given a dose of “whooping cough” vaccine while at her OB appt. This is her first pregnancy/baby and she trusts whatever her Doctors say. The nurse practitioner she saw did NOT ask her if she had any shots recently and she assumed whatever the NP recommended was safe. She got home, looked at her imm. record & saw she just had a Tdap for college not even 2yrs before this day. Very unprofessional! I have been trying to make an appointment for two days now. No one answers the phone you have to wait a hour when they finally do. They say they’re going to call you back and they never do. Nurses give you the runaround.
usually have a quick and decent experience. seiler is straight to the point and clearly knows what she's talking about. Wish i could communicate more however without feeling rushed..other than that, usually have amazing experiences.
