Everything about this complex was fine, up until they decided to evict me with one month left on my lease and were not willing to work with me to allow me to pay it. This happened 5 years ago, in 2014, and it's still causing me issues. Not sure if the management has since changed since then, but for the sake of anyone wanting to rent here, I hope it has.
Helpful staff and even better maintenance! I've lived in apartment complexes all over Denton and Victoria Heights/Jack Bell are absolutely the best.
