Went on a Monday night, 2 of us,was seated in about 5 minutes. Very sweet young waitress came in about 7. Drinks took about 15 to get. Right side of salad bar was plentiful and fresh, left side was a little buggy so I stayed away from it. No bread, don't know why they have bread plates on the table. Food was good, hot and flavorful. Waitress checked on us several times. It was a bit loud in there as they crowded everyone into the same area. I'd go again but wouldn't run back.
My husband and I decided to go for our first time. We were very disappointed with the customer service. My meal was ok but I was denied to add cheese on my mashed potatoes because they were too busy mind you I ask for it when I placed my order. It took a very long time for the waiter to bring our check. When I asked for recommendations the waiter told me everything is good. It was a horrible experience for our first time there.
My favorite place to eat on the North Shore! Everything I've tried on the menu has been amazing, but I really love their steaks.
Dependable menu, great salad bar, beautiful view of the Salem Harbor.
Service can be hit or miss, but the ambience and location are great and the food was yummy!
I went to Victoria's Station last night with a friend. We've been going to Salem a couple times a year for a few years, but we usually sit at the bar on Vics boathouse side. That's always a good time, the bartenders usually engage you in conversation and are very entertaining. We sat outside on the deck. Well the the beautiful night and view are the only reason for 2 stars. I ordered a pricey specialty drink that had flat sprite in it.
