Absolutely delicious!!!! Was there yesterday for lunch & going back for dinner tonite! It’s a must eat when you come to Salem! Been coming to Salem annually for 15 years & this restaurant is the best we found yet!!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️For Victorian Station ! Not to mention the atmosphere is great & the customer service is Awesome!
Apps and side dishes were great, but meat temps were way off.
I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 2 decades with my family every Halloween season. The salad bar is great, menu is delicious and they even have my favorite beer, Be Hoppy!!!! Great views of the harbor and a warm and inviting feel inside. My dad sadly passed away 2 weeks ago. We continued the tradition and made our annual pilgrimage to Salem minus our patriarch. Terrible customer service. Had an issue with a gift card and still have received no response after contacting the restaurant three times. Will not go here again.
Went on a Monday night, 2 of us,was seated in about 5 minutes. Very sweet young waitress came in about 7. Drinks took about 15 to get. Right side of salad bar was plentiful and fresh, left side was a little buggy so I stayed away from it. No bread, don't know why they have bread plates on the table. Food was good, hot and flavorful. Waitress checked on us several times. It was a bit loud in there as they crowded everyone into the same area. I'd go again but wouldn't run back.
My husband and I decided to go for our first time. We were very disappointed with the customer service. My meal was ok but I was denied to add cheese on my mashed potatoes because they were too busy mind you I ask for it when I placed my order. It took a very long time for the waiter to bring our check. When I asked for recommendations the waiter told me everything is good. It was a horrible experience for our first time there.
