Ansolutely horrible. Bad service, server disappeared for long times. There was a mouse going back and forth on the floor. Told the server who said "i will tell manager". Manager never came by to apologize.
Went there on Sunday October 9th and had a GREAT experience! The waiter, who I didn't get his name, was amazing! When I mentioned the shrimp and peanut allergy that my son has he was gracious and told me that the fries wouldn't be safe because the fryer wasn't designated for only fries. We opted for a salad and grilled cheese which my picky son ate, the food for the rest of us was outstanding! Great atmosphere and service!! Would love to visit again next time in town
Went there for lunch while in Salem our waiter Matt came over and gave us water to drink then came back about 10 minutes later and took our order then asked if water was ok never asked if we wanted something else to drink my friend had the fried haddock sandwich and said it was good I had turkey club again good. Food delivered to us by another server. Our server Matt came back about 15 minutes later to see how we were doing. Then saw him again when we were done. A true classic and staple of Salem/North Shore! The service is always friendly and courteous. The ambience and ocean view can't be beat. I've never ordered a meal I didn't enjoy here. Looking forward to having my 20th high school renunion there this fall.
