I SPOKE TWICE BEFORE WHICH WAS TODAY THEY ENSURED ME MY PAIN MEDICATION WOULD BE IN AND NOTHING.THE PERSON THAT IN CAUSE NOT DAY I ALSO CALLED THE DAY B4 THEYCOULD NOT PU IN NOW I HAVE NO PAIN MEDICATION. THEY NEED TO CHANGE THE POLICY ESPECIALLY IF STAFF CANNOT REMEMBER TO DO THEIR JOB. PUT SCRIPT BEFORE PROCEDURE OR GET MEDICATION FROM PROCEDURE SITE...
Dr.Kevin Richardson was very informative, thorough and knowledgeable and gave us as much time as my husband needed. Explained everything in simple terms and made further recommendations and was extremely caring and will be visiting with him as needed in the future. My husband and I strongly recommend him. ( super friendly! )

I have been trying for about 3 months to get in with the Victoria office. Finally got in to see the NP and almost 2 weeks later, still no follow up after the MRI. Why advertise in Victoria of you don't have office staff here?
