Nice place for fresh start
First off, I want to mention that I lived there for about 8 years. They say that they replace your carpets for free after around 3 years, but they never did. We had the same nasty carpets for 8 years, which by the way were used by other residents before us. The roof leaked for a little while, until he fixed it, but they left the nasty yellow spots on our ceiling where water leaked.
