I'm so frustrated it's unreal...
Don’t move here if you like to relax and get a few extra hours of sleep before work . The neighbors are so loud rude and inconsiderate The front office does nothing about it. people In one bedroom apartments with seven kids, jumping in banging all day and it’s literally nothing you can do about it because the front office do not care at all so compliance does not get you anywhere They will go up on your rent and not say nothing for three months and then make it seem like you owe them a whole bunch of money. This place should accept section 8. The appliances is outdated, but since new management, they are working to get things in order from what it was. As of 2025 I am finding out through word of mouth that the apartment accepts section 8, but they deny that when I ask the company.
Unprofessional staff, infested with roaches, loud fights and poor maintenance
Have a piece of mind..Quite clean environment.. Management Company response in timely manner..They try to fit your schedule. Plenty of Parking in back of building.. My apartment there's no lights in bedroom and the entrance of apartment. I'm happy with my unit. Everything works. Every room has its own thermostat. Best way to contact them is email manager. They do have emergency service if something comes up..
