Victoria Place Review – I’m appalled by my experience at Victoria Place and feel obligated to warn others. My assigned building was riddled with black mold on the wood framing and insulation — proven by photos and backed by a second witness when the manager admitted it and became visibly agitated while sweating profusely from his face.
