lived here for 2.5 years. only moved because I was moving out of state. pros: - the place is clean. no bug or mold issues - very safe area - cant beat the location as far as shopping and restaurants - staff and maintenance are helpful and friendly - the neighbors are pretty friendly as well - I was not charged any crazy fees upon move out. Loved this place when I moved in a couple years ago but since then they switched internet and the price went up but internet didnt get better and then also introduced pet portal which charges you 30 per pet for their profiles and that doesnt include what victoria place already charges which is 20 per pet monthly and a pet deposit.

I paid a hundred-dollar application fee and a two-hundred-fifty-dollar administrative fee to lease a studio apartment here. The admin fee paperwork clearly stated it was refundable if I was not approved or if I cancelled within 48 hours. When my cosigner backed out, I immediately called to cancel since I couldn’t qualify on my own income. They refused to refund the admin fee, claiming I was ‘approved’ but just needed a roommate or guarantor for a studio apartment, which makes no sense.
