10 out of 10. Best place I've ever lived. Clean and professional. Great staff who works with you even tru hard times. Will recommend this place to anyone.
Sound proof and no bugs and maintenance is always there but they allow tenants to park disabled and neglected cars for a year or two or three? (building 6 and 7). Except when they needed to be moved for paving then when moved they are taking up two spaces instead of one. These neglected cars are taking the very few shady spots....they are covered in leaves and mold but oh well....
Victoria Place Review – I’m appalled by my experience at Victoria Place and feel obligated to warn others. My assigned building was riddled with black mold on the wood framing and insulation — proven by photos and backed by a second witness when the manager admitted it and became visibly agitated while sweating profusely from his face. The apartment also had a strong odor of mold on the interior.
