We’ve lived at Victoria Place for almost a year, and we just renewed for a few months. It’s not perfect, but it checks a lot of our boxes, and it’s a prime location. I especially want to shout out Abner and his maintenance guys. They’re so good and incredibly responsive. 5/5 for them, hands down.
Lived here for about three years. The staff is extremely transparent and helpful. I haven’t had many issues with anything I’ve needed in the development. Maintenance is always prepared and responsive. Shoutout to Josh, he went the extra mile to make sure everything I needed was taken care of and was genuinely friendly throughout my time of staying there.
Victoria Place Apartments in Orlando, FL are the best place to rent, let me tell you, we been living here for 4 years, since we enter this place, the treatment was and still is AMAZING! From staff to maintenance, cleanliness, and they care about their tenants. This time I want to say that I needed a fix on my stove, I put a work order on their super easy to follow app. and Mr. Abner came right away to look into my problem.
