Its so bad to live here, youre forced to pay 100$ for a bad internet that you can get better at spectrum for half the price, then theres the loads of construction that happens around and inside the area, let alone the fact that they make you pay fees if they want to do check ups, like they wanted to check on the fire sprinklers as soon as spring break comes along, and if youre on holiday or not in the place or whatever, youre forced to pay a fee for not being there at that time. Great location, good staff, and the maintenance team is fantastic. Responsive and fast to all the issues we have experienced. Mr. Abner, good job. Your maintenance team is great.
Location is great and Maintenance responds fast but thats about it. AC has went out over 3 times since moving in from May 2025. Be prepared for “restorative maintenance” that is disruptive for an entire month so if you work from home don’t plan on living here. Even though the leasing agents will sell you on the solarium usage for a in home office. Marijuana smell doesn’t leave the apartment unit even after Ozone treatment. Called to get information about their apartment and got absolutely no information or help from them. They basically referred me to the website and left it at that. Doesn't speak well for the complex if they have zero interest in helping people move in.
