I lived here for 3 years and it has just been going down year by year. The water is never fully hot, there’s mold from a previous leakage in building 9 and when you move out, they will find every reason to tackle on extra fees. There was a boy who drowned a year ago, and the office acted so heartless when the community tried to call in and donate. Lastly, the rent increase is a joke. The community is beautiful. Everything looks clean and well-maintained. The pool, the dog park, EVERYTHING is simply lovely. In the office, Christian is super energetic, friendly, and very helpful.
Location is great and Maintenance responds fast but thats about it. AC has went out over 3 times since moving in from May 2025. Be prepared for “restorative maintenance” that is disruptive for an entire month so if you work from home don’t plan on living here. Even though the leasing agents will sell you on the solarium usage for a in home office. Marijuana smell doesn’t leave the apartment unit even after Ozone treatment. I will edit my review. They are allowing someone in building 5 to park MANY vehicles all in our shade these are not there's but ones that their in home mechanics are repairing. They have taken over two garages and like 10 parking spots....managements does nothing! This is bulding 5 and 6. You have leaves and spider webs all over your cars and your molding trailer has not TAG! We’ve lived at Victoria Place for almost a year, and we just renewed for a few months. It’s not perfect, but it checks a lot of our boxes, and it’s a prime location. I especially want to shout out Abner and his maintenance guys. They’re so good and incredibly responsive. 5/5 for them, hands down.
