While working in the yard I noticed some wasps coming out of the corner of a raised garden bed, reached out to Victoria Pest Control and they sent Luca over in record time! Within the hour Luca came and assessed the property, dealt with the nest in a very professional and safe manner wearing all his PPE (bee suit, etc). I was extremely impressed by the response time and having them send someone out so fast. All in all very pleased and will definitely be using them again in the future
Jeff came in to our house to deal with Yellowjacket bees. He was professional, respectful, well trainees and communicated all process after looking inside and out house and nests.finish treatment and explain what will happen and told me call us if you need again in the area to get one year free of cost treatment amazing !
Great experience. A real human answered the phone and was able to fit us in within two days. When the technician Andrew arrived, he went above and beyond at the end of a long, very hot day. He spent time diagnosing the issue (wasps, many, many wasps and now they were in my house!), troubleshooting and then solved it! Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you! Will definitely call them again if needed.
